Specific duties and responsibilities
- Analyze business requirement of a work function to convert it to a workable project;
- Prepare Business Analysis document in collaboration with business team;
- Mediate technical team and business team in interpretation of business requirements;
- Prepare standard formats for business requirement collection and document it;
- Prepare testing and acceptance criteria for solutions to ensure the parameters are set properly and business requirements are well considered.
- Secure assurance that the Business requirement is fulfilled at the end of the completion of each project;
- Undertake Impact assessment or ROI of Completed projects;
- Manage the Quality assurance of projects based on applicable quality standards
Job Purpose
To improve banking business (process, products, services and software) through quality data analysis.
Job Requirements
- Qualification & Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree Accounting, Economics, Management or any business related fields with six (6)/eight (8) years of relevant work experience; of which two years of experience should be at Principal or Senior Officer.
- Specialist experience in Research & Analysis and banking sector
- Exposure in Information Technology Services and Project management is advantageous
