 Relevant Expedience: 

• For PhD 4 years
• For MSC 6 years
• For Bsc 8 years

Additional skill/Special Requirement

• Good Understanding of the subject matter Architectural and Engineering Drawing Products and related specs and quantification
• Sound knowledge of contraction related estimation (Material, Time and labor)
• Methodic and critical thinking about alternative solution and ability to work under pressure
• Active learning problem solving and decision making Good financial and numeracy management Skills
• Sound software skills
• Good verbal and written communication
• Positive team attitude and interpersonal effectiveness
• Good speed on work since the project has limited timeframe
