Field of Study: COTM/Civil Engineering

 Relevant Expedience: 

• For PhD 4 years
• For MSC 6 years
• For Bsc 8 years

Additional skill/Special Requirement

• Good understanding of the subject matter Draft contracts, handle issues with contracts keep records claim analysis and execute contract
• Good knowledge and skill in contract administration and project follow-up and control of building projects
• Extensive experience in supervising projects to make sure that the contract terms address all of the clients requirements
• Sound knowledge of preparing contract close-out documents, monthly reports, interim and final payment applications
• Solid understand of various sales and lease contracts and commercial post contracts
• Negotiation and leadership ability
• Ability to work under pressure
• Problem solving skill
• Good verbal and written communication
• Positive foam attitude and interpersonal attentiveness
• Good speed on work since the project has limited time frame
