Habesha Breweries S.C. is looking for a Divisional Manager which is a Grade 14 position per the Company’s job grading.  

The Role Summary:

Working with the team, the post holder is responsible to lead, motivate and monitor a Divisional Sales Team, Key Distributors, and their Crew. S/he will also manage the sales team/s to execute the sales plans in a manner that delivers sustainable growth, brand equity, sales volume, market share, and competitive advantage in order to deliver business goals and strategies.

Result Area:

  • Manage the overall delivery operation of the division in collaboration with ASMs and agentsSupport the individual’s ongoing development, including coaching, empowerment, and mentoring team members
  • Complete recruitment process where there are vacancies in the assigned division
  • Carry out mid and end of year performance and development reviews conducted
  • Develop strong relationship with key customers
  •  Ensure the delivery of quality customer service
  •  Provide timely feedback for any customer queries
  •  Ensure the appropriate registration of all relevant customer data on the CMS system
  •  Generates insights
  •  Continuously monitor table share in selected outlets.
  •  Plan, organize and implement various market activation activities (beer invitation, activation, events...)
  •  Closely work with the distribution team to ensure stock availability

Job Requirements

The Person:

This role is positioned at the managerial level and requires an experienced Sales Manager, who will have the opportunity to develop their career further within a very progressive learning and development as well as a dynamic and exciting work atmosphere.

  • A university-level degree in a related field (Marketing Management, Business Admin., Management) and/or equivalent work experience, ideally 7 plus years in a similar role with good communication and expression ability is necessary.
