Position: Manager, Budget Collection, Disbursement and Investment
Key Responsibilities
- Under the direct control of the work unit head, the job holder is responsible for the following duties:
- Conduct risk assessments with potential investment options by calculating risk/return ration to aid decision making;
- Utilize predictive models to test potential investment proposals and their outcomes and forward the findings for decision makers;
- Oversee the timely disbursement and collection of accounts payable and receivable;
- Manage the preparation of budgets in collaboration with concerned units, monitor budget utilization after approval;
- Oversee budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets;
- Recommend viable investments in consideration of the risk and return relationship;
- Forecast costs, revenue and investment and report to management on a regular basis;
- Keep records of payments, funding and underwriting policies to manage cash flow and to determine the investment pool;
Term of Employment: Permanent
Salary: Per Company’s scale with package of other benefits
