Implementation of Unilever SHE Standards throughout the Unilever Ethiopia Operation with accountability
Job Description
- Support overall Safety Health and Environment Standards and Implementation.
- Personal Protective Equipment Management (Stock count, order, distribution, and overall management)
- Daily walkthrough around the plan identifying unsafe acts and conditions
- Emergency equipment management (Fire Extinguishers, Emergency eye wash etc)
- Contractor Management onsite
- Completing Deep Compliance Audits on Contractors performance
- Deep Compliance Audits completion for 3P Partners
- Factory Waste Management
- COVID Protocol Implementation and Compliance
- Lead Internal and External Company meetings
- Manage Incidents onsite
- Generate Daily and Weekly reports on SHE Performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Environment and / or/ related engineering degree, with 1-2 years of Safety experience in General or Construction Industry. Skills preferable are :-

- Proven Track record of Analytical Thinking and Project Management
- Problem Solving
- Leading by Example
- Responsibility and Ownership
- MS Office Proficient
- Knowledge on Local and International Safety Health and Environment standards
- Afaan Oromo Language speaking, and writing is a Plus.
