Job Description

  • The Tax Coordinator will be responsible for general administrative and support services to the Tax team, according to company policy and procedure.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare Income tax, Pension, Vat, Withholding, Excise, profit tax and any applicable tax.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns.
  • Prepare monthly and annual tax payments.
  • Estimate and track tax returns.
  • Receive all VAT invoices and verify detail information of the invoice. 
  • Organize and update the company’s tax database.
  • Provide assurance by making a unique signature and stamp on the VAT invoice to assure timely submission by retaining a copy at the tax department.
  • Receive & Follow Up the advance payment invoices.
  • Encode the invoice detail into excel on daily basis.
  • Electronic filing of tax returns.
  • Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports.
  • Offer support and guidance during audits.
  • Ensure the documents and work sheets are properly field for future reference.
  • Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes.
  • Perform any other assignment from the immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or any other related field  

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
