Our company is looking for a young and energetic female sales manager for our company. BEHAK Multimedia PLC is the publisher of online news media, New Business Ethiopia, which was launched about 13 years ago in November 2009. Now BEHAK Multimedia has embarked on expanding its services in media and communications-related areas by introducing new services that aim mainly to benefit the private sector and non-governmental organizations in Ethiopia. For that, we are recruiting an experienced Sales Manager, who meets the following criteria.

Potential candidate has to:

  • Be confident enough to present yourself in front of business managers and owners.
  • Have the experience and courage to present our products and services in English and Amharic languages to managers and owners of private companies in Ethiopia (domestic and foreign companies).
  • Be able to train, assign, and lead sales team members.
  • Be able to prepare and use PowerPoint presentations to potential clients

Major Responsibilities:

  • Prepare realistic and innovative marketing plan in consultation with other staff members
  • Set sales target meet her sales target
  • Promote Services of the company
  • Mapping potential clients and sectors
  • Profiling and building database of potential customers
  • Approaching potential customers and presenting our company’s products and services
  • Build sales team from scratch, train, assign, work closely, manage, and monitor progresses.
  • Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

Qualification:

  • At least BA Degree or MA in Marketing, Business, Management or other related business fields

Mandatory Skill:

  • Excellent in a presentation in at least Amharic and English languages
  • Writing professionally progress reports and letters, emails, etc to potential clients and their supervisors
  • Building and leading sales team effectively
  • Excellent Communications, Sales, and Marketing skills

Experience: 6 plus years of experience in sales and marketing.

Salary: Negotiable, plus attractive commission on every successful transaction.
