Purpose of the job 

 Under the direct supervision of Method Officer L4:

• He/she will carry out the updating of electrical drawings, P&ID drawings, compound layouts, calibration, equipment manual archiving and closely follow the planning of Preventive maintenances.
• He/she will gather all the audit information/report to follow actions done on the different factories
• He/she will ensure the spare part available for the different tasks to be taken on the different equipment.
• He/she communicates with his/her immediate supervisor to manage the CMMS software in order to ensure maintenance information are up to date at any time.

 Main duties & responsibilities 

Under the direct supervision of Method Officer L4:

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and automation machine audits.
• Update and archives equipment manuals.
• Update technical drawings and automation upgrades of plant layout and equipment.
• Gather and organize preventive maintenance tasks from the manufacturers manual and adapt it to the company standard.
• Follow the plant is operated according to the suppliers’ instructions and manuals.
• Follow the plant is effectively maintained and planned maintenance is applied.
• Follow workshop maintenance and repair working instructions are being applied.
• Follow safety regulations are correctly applied.

Follow proper uses of tools, equipment, and fixed assets.

Job Requirements

Expected Experience

• Grade 10+3 up to 10+5: 1 to 3 years of experience
• Bachelors degree: 1 years experience

Linguistic skills 

• Fluent in Amharic English: B2
