Responsible in directing and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures
Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance
Developing a strategic and operational plans to processes and increase productivity and enhance performance
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times,
Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
Establish, monitor and maintain plant systems, policies and procedures.
Responsible for plant production goals.
Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, inventory, storage and shipping operations
Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules.
Prepare operating reports and budgets
Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety regulations
Ensure all compliance needs are met
Report and track expenses to reduce costs
Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe working environment
Ensure all legal requirements, company safety procedures, and local and state health and safety regulations are met

Job Requirements

BSc degree in Engineering, Business Management, Plant Science, and related fields

Experience required

8 year Proven industrial experience, out of which 3 years’ experience in same role within the food/beverage or similar industry
Good understanding of field to factory operations, CI and successful implementation and management of Food Safety and Quality standards, GMP and food and feed safety regulations
Knowledge of malting/Brewing processes highly appreciated
