Job Role Description

2-4 years documented telecom site supervision within network rollout and/or telecom civil works industry with degree in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or equivalent education.

• Telecom Construction Works Engineers / Coordinators
• Telecom Site Acquisition & Permitting Manager / Coordinator
• Telecom Site Supervisors / Engineers
• RAN_MW/RF Engineers
• Installation/Integration Engineers
• Expert in Site Power for Radio BTS sites
• Telecom Site Acceptance Coordinators 

To ensures construction works and site design activities meet project requirements and are in scope of contractual obligations, timeline, and required quality

Job Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates the construction works activities according to project plan, quality, costs and deployment processes.
• Dependent on work area typical experience from working as an Installer, Civil Works craft in turn key roll out
• Experience with Implementation, Integration, Acceptance Tests, O&M and/or Care for Telecommunication Products.
• Plans and executes technical tasks requiring specialist skills to perform Network and System Integration activities for different Radio elements.
• Definition, implementation, and execution of tests on digital baseband modules
• Experience in digital HW / Embedded systems/low-level SW.
• Experience in hardware/software integration/system testing/test automation.
• Participation in installation & commissioning works and service extension projects
• Understanding and experience of IT systems and databases for RF planning tool environments.
• Excellent Leading & supervising skills 
• Domain experience: RAN, CW, OHS
• Ensures construction works is performed according to detailed design, customer guidelines and Nokia standards.
• Conducts site visits and site construction acceptance with suppliers and with customer when required.
• Monitors and controls services delivery against quality processes and operational KPIs.
• Follows up service supplier performance
