This is an internship position, mainly for fresh graduates 

• Analyze events
• Perform troubleshooting and incident response on the systems
• Communicate with site technicians or third parties responsible for resolution
• Track issues through to resolution
• Monitor systems. Using diversified tools to monitor performance and capability of Mobile Network.
• Troubleshoot problems. Working to triage or troubleshoot the issues within their defined areas.
• Report incidents. Escalating complicated issues to management, , third parties and/or vendors, as appropriate.
• Work in in shifts 
• Create trouble tickets inside the ticketing system , follow the related process (incidents process , crisis process , change process , ….)

Job Requirements

• Education and Major
• BSc degree in Telecom or Computer Engineering .with minimum Very Good overall grade 
• Professional Knowledge
• Basic Knowledge with mobile Network 
• Familiar with Monitoring tools and process  
• Business Skills
• Preferred Experience in similar position with Mobile Operator 
• Good command of English spoken and written 
• Able to work under stress 
• Project Experience
• Previous Experience with similar position in mobile operator 
• Language Skill: English
