• Supervise all construction activities under EU TF project
• Communicate the job to and within the construction members team of the contractor, IRC health team, SC
• Recognizing, addressing, and solving issues/problems related to construction activities.
• Applying the principles of workplace respect on site.
• Support the civil engineer- officer in developing BOQs for materials and labor.
• On-site assessment prior to commencing work to ensure that the job is ready and addressing any concern.
• Oversee the execution of the work, including quality and production, ensure the works to job specifications and follows the plan.
• Give on site correction for any defect of the construction, and report mainly to civil engineer-office and health team or SC for timely taking measure.
• Inspect and measure completed work and report to the Civil engineer-officer
• Accountable for preparation of reports as required by the IRC procedure.
• Preparation of daily work production records and safe keeping the document.
• Reporting on work progress.
• Carry out other activities assigned by the supervisor/senior supervision

Job Requirements

• 2 years of related work experience for Diploma/TVET Building construction, Civil Engineering, or similar field.         
• 0 years of related work experience for First Degree
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment
• NGO experience is a plus.
