Key Responsibilities

• Establish and keep close contact with all customers and provide effective customer solutions on entire Abeba Giday trading house portfolio.
• Promote sales of New Tyres and Spare part Products
• .Build strong customer relationships with all key and potential players in the Ethiopian market
• Capture new Tyre & spare part product opportunities, prepare quotes, provide solutions and determine pricing quotations.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and ensure deadlines are met
• Build a strong network with key stakeholders in AGT
• Facilitate all client logistics, administration and financial management transactions
• Ensure all orders are completed according to agreement with customer
• Participate in special projects by helping to co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
• Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
• Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
• Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
• Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
• Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
• Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
• Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives
• Take ownership of receivable collections for customer
• Regular travel to customer locations and perform product presentations and attend relevant project meeting
• Provide mentor ship to sales representatives

Job Requirements

Qualification and education required

• University degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Process Engineering or Business Administration with a solid technical understanding
• At least 3 years in a similar field/position

Knowledge and Experience

•  Customer relations and orientation

• Basic understanding of Bottling plants and our Krones product portfolio
• General project management abilities
