Business Innovation Officer

Job Requirements

Qualifications;

  • Master’s Degree specialization in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship, Economics fields, International Business, Finance, and other business-related fields
  • An experience of 1 year in banking/Fintech/startups/banking another financial sector
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules as deemed necessary including weekends and evenings.

Required Competencies;

  • Outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, and strong self-organization capabilities;
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated understanding of the macro-economic issues, trends, and drivers within the specific domain;
  • Good knowledge of banking business operation, and customer behavior;
  • Ability to understand internal and external stakeholders needs and concerns;
  • Ability to draw inference from the operation, customer and operational data;
  • Demonstrated experience using innovative design approaches
  • Good knowledge of design thinking application and principles;
  • Good analytical and report writing skills;
  • Ability to analyze, interpret as well as communicate data
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
