Product Development Specialist

Job Requirements

Qualifications;

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Business Leadership, and other business-related fields;
• A 3 years of working experience in Product Development areas in banks, fintech, startups, and another financial market-related sector;
• Highly energetic, proactive with good interpersonal, detail-oriented, and ability to meet deadlines;
• Willingness to work flexible schedules as deemed necessary including weekends and evenings.

Required Competencies;

• Good analytical skills, systematic and creative thinking with strong knowledge in financial products;
• Ability to develop a product proposal with excellent report writing skills;
• Good understanding of product development methodologies;
• Excellent knowledge of research statistical tools and techniques;
• Ability to experiment new ideas and concepts;
• Ability to convert new ideas into banking products and services;
• Ability to solve problems and be forward-thinking.
• Good communication, and presentation skills;
