Job Description
Duration: for 6 months
Purpose;
The successful candidate will be expected to Actively participate in the development and emergency response programs in delivery of a high-quality outcome at its center a commitment to ensure that girls, boys, women, men, people with disability and people from minority groups benefit equally from the implemented project efforts and will work within objective teams to ensure that gender and inclusion aspects are mainstreamed across the project activity processes. He/she will assist the project team in reviewing documents and providing inputs so that the outcome is gender transformative and inclusive. She will be responsible of monitoring and follow up of mothers and father dialogues sessions accordingly.

Emergency Response
Concern is committed to responding to emergencies efficiently and effectively in order to help affected people meet their basic needs, alleviate suffering and maintain their dignity. To this end, when emergencies strike and the Ethiopia Program is to respond, all staff are required to actively participate in the response, regardless of location and contribute to the efforts aimed at achieving the humanitarian objective of the organization.
