• Configuration and Commissioning for wireless Huawei product, including software parameter configuration. In addition, work on site surveying, hardware installation, and acceptance if needed .
• Operation and Maintenance wireless products, including BSC/RNC alarm monitor troubleshooting, BSC/RNC software upgrade, BTS/NodeB and eNodeB alarm monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Remote and onsite technical support for customer support for GSM/UMTS/LTE equipment.
• Provides customers with voice/data network technical support including problem escalation resolution and takes responsibility for customer satisfaction with equipment and service.
• Deliver wireless Products, including site surveying, hardware installation, and acceptance;

Job Requirements

Education and Major

• BSc degree in telecom/ in Computer Engineering .

Professional Knowledge

• Expert in the telecom GSM/UMTS and LTE and in-depth Huawei product knowledge of Wireless
• Skilled in network Parameter Optimization Deployment 
• Familiar with maintenance Process (incident management ,change management ,…)

Business Skills

• Preferred experience in similar position with Mobile Operator or Vendor
• Good command of English spoken and written 
• Able to work under stress 
• Must be a Team player as well as self-motivated and be able to work with minimum supervision.

Project Experience

• Previous Experience with similar position in mobile operator or similar Project 4/5 Years of experience

Language Skill: English

Other requirement

• Level 1 for junior engineer (minimum 2 years experience ) and L2 for expert engineers
