• Feature deployment for optimal network performance.

Job Requirements

Education and Major

• BSc degree in Telecom or Computer Engineering

Professional Knowledge

• Deep Knowledge of Radio Network Planning in GSM, UMTS, LTE 
• Be proficient in using Huawei planning tools and network optimization tools, such as U-NET, PRS, Assistant
• Good experience of RF Network Problem Troubleshooting, Analyze and Solve Problems 
• Skilled in network Parameter Optimization and Feature Deployment 

Business Skills

• Exhibit excellent troubleshooting abilities whenever issue arises during the data collection drive
• Operated wireless network data collection equipment by drive testing defined routes.
• Resolved minor computer problems with navigation and data collection software.

Project Experience 

• Experience with Huawei telecom Projects ( Swap , New Sites , VIP complaints , Cluster Test )
