Job Requirements

• MSC/BSc in Water Resource Engineering or Hydraulic Engineering.
• 4/3 years of minimum proven experience for BSc/Post-graduate Degree holders, respectively.
• Demonstrated experience in project management skills with ability to plan, organize, and supervise project activities.
• Demonstrated experience on WASH and capacity building activities especially in emergency project contexts.
• Demonstrated experience of resources management skills and team spirit building skills.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1 year proven supervisory skill.
• Experience in budget management, Ability to use computer (basic operating systems, AUTOCAD, WATCAD, EPHANET) and Technical and report writing skills.
• Profession and report write skill.
• Project management, management skill.
• Computer literate. (Outlook, power point, excel and word processing)
•  Fluent spoken and written English. Knowledge of Afaan Oromo language is helpful.
