Quantum Technology PLC invites qualified Human Resource Manager with BA in Human Resources with a minimum of six years of relevant experience or an MA degree with at least three years of relevant experience.
Detailed duties and responsibilities
- Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
- Provide professional generalist HR guidance and support to department managers
- Diagnose business challenges and together with department managers
- Produce annual HR operational plan
- Implement Human Resources Policies and Procedures
- Responsible for execution of all people processes in the employment and business cycle, in line with policy and legislation- recruitment, induction,
- Support management in forecasting and planning the talent requirements in line with the function/business strategy
- Provide expert advice and coaching to employees where appropriate
- Manage and followed through on Employee Relations cases
- Implement Performance Management processes
- Transnational HR excellence - effective back-office liaison
- HR Reporting (monthly, training, assessments, projects:
- In depth knowledge about Excel word, spreadsheet and access. Have a good English writing, listening and speaking abilities.
Job Requirements
Competence
- Qualified in Human Resource Management, Business administration
- 8 years of Experience in HR /managerial Level
- Excellent English skills both written and verbal, excellent leadership ability, ability to work flexibly and diplomatically, strong interpersonal skills
