Quantum Technology PLC invites qualified Human Resource Manager with BA in Human Resources with a minimum of six years of relevant experience or an MA degree with at least three years of relevant experience.

Detailed duties and responsibilities

•  Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
• Provide professional generalist HR guidance and support to department managers
• Diagnose business challenges and together with department managers
• Produce annual HR operational plan
• Implement Human Resources Policies and Procedures
• Responsible for execution of all people processes in the employment and business cycle, in line with policy and legislation- recruitment, induction,
• Support management in forecasting and planning the talent requirements in line with the function/business strategy
• Provide expert advice and coaching to employees where appropriate
• Manage and followed through on Employee Relations cases
• Implement Performance Management processes
• Transnational HR excellence - effective back-office liaison
• HR Reporting (monthly, training, assessments, projects:
• In depth knowledge about Excel word, spreadsheet and access. Have a good English writing, listening and speaking abilities. 

Job Requirements

Competence

• Qualified in Human Resource Management, Business administration
• 8 years of Experience in HR /managerial Level
• Excellent English skills both written and verbal, excellent leadership ability, ability to work flexibly and diplomatically, strong interpersonal skills
