Heal Africa Health City S.C an emerging conglomerate business firm established by highly honored professionals from various fields, mainly medical and health specialists and sub-specialists who have excessive experience in the field of medical services. Heal Africa Health City S.C would like to invite dynamic and creative applicants for the following job positions:

Duties and Responsibilities:

As Office Manager, under the direct supervision of the Heal Africa health City SC General Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the office - Heal Africa Health City. The Manager will be accountable for the overall success of the corporate business.

The manager is expected to overseeing administrative staff members, receiving and directing visitors, and handling or delegating basic office tasks.

Required: One 

Employment type: One year with possibility of Extension

Job Requirements

Essential minimum qualifications and capacities

  • A bachelor degree or above.
  • Five years of experience in office administration/relevant
  • Office management experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Highly developed organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical skills that can be used when making critical decisions
  • Significant experience in the area of business development
