Essential Responsibilities 

• Checks the balance of all account receivable and/or payable accounts daily;
• Maintains a continuous follow up for settlement of the account and post transaction entries;
• Daily generates and process reports from international payment scheme, Eth-switch, Mobile Money, core banking, card banking, trade services/IMT org. and 3rd parties system for day to day activities;
• Reconcile and settle international Acquiring/ issuing transaction made on ATM/POS using international cards, Eth-switch, Mobile Banking and Agent Banking transaction;
• Check and settle exception transactions, related charges and commissions/revenue and other relevant information’s and inform the concerned organs;
• Prepare reconciliation report, tickets for settlement report and forward to concerned staff;
• Follow up un-reconciled items and timely forward to the concerned branch/districts;
• Check and reconcile balance available on each pool account and Agent Banking related accounts;
• Update the individual prepaid card and the prepaid pool account according to the transactions manually or by the system;
• Properly check and settle adjustment requests from branches and other third parties;
• Follow up cases escalated to and from different teams and updating the concerned ones;
• Prepare cash payment document for exception transaction and communicate the concerned organ for exception transaction;
• Receives and handle dispute for national transaction obtained through call center and Eth-Switch;

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other business-related fields.

Experience:

• 1 years of banking experience respectively;
