Essential Responsibilities 

• Check posts, reconcile and balance of all account receivable, payable accounts and accounts that have suspense nature on a daily basis;
• Maintains a continuous follow up for settlement of the account;
• Process merchant file, check the status of anomaly transactions and reprocess, forward merchant file report to the concerned;
• Follow-ups of case escalated to and from different teams and updating the concerned ones;
• Prepare transaction adjustment through card banking /international payment scheme/ Eth-Switch and Agent Banking after Manager approval;
• Generate and collect a document for dispute from digital Payments;
• Timely follow up and settle claims from a merchant related to dispute transaction amount and fees (if any);
• Prepares and organize adjustment document for posting of the disputed transaction;
• Check and approve transaction entries and standing instructions on the Banking system;
• Maintains tickets, reports and tracer or evidential documents under her/his custody for further reference;
• Ensure the proper reconciliation and settlement of international and Eth-switch, MB and Agent Banking transactions;
• Collect the reconciliation report, settlement report and related transaction tickets;
• Ensure that documents in the record room are safely maintained;

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields.

Experience:

• 3 years of banking experience respectively of which 1 year in Digital Banking;
