Summary of Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Safely and responsibly performing all office trips using the office vehicle(s)
• Regularly servicing and looking after the vehicle(s)
• Checks for oil, water, brakes and brake liquid, tire pressure, battery level and the entire vehicle, monthly or every 5,000 km (whichever is first), headlights, brakes, bodywork for dents etc
• Reports need for service and carries out minor repairs
• Immediately reports all involvement of the vehicle in accidents, including minor accidents, damage, loss, or theft of vehicle fittings
• Reports about the renewal of Vehicle insurance and licenses
• Maintains the cleanness of the interior and exterior of the vehicle(s) regularly
• Performs other duties and tasks at the request of the Board of directors, G.M and office staff
• Assisting with other office related work

Job Requirement

Minimum qualification and experience required

• Secondary education complete
• 3rd Grade driver’s license, A minimum of 3 years work experience
• Ability to make minor repairs on vehicles if needed
• Understanding and practical application of local road related laws and safe driving principals, No major accidents in the past 3 years
