Responsible for making project master plan, integrate the master plan and support plan , monitor the support plan progress; identify site work procedure and dependence (work process), Make rollout plan and monitor rollout progress, output progress report; project plan GAP analysis and provide catch up plan.

1. To make project master plan according contract, delivery strategy and delivery solution.
2. Organize the project team to develop reasonable support plan to ensure the project master plan and support plan fully integrated, monitor the support plan progress.
3. Responsible for site work procedure and dependence identify and make work procedure, define responsibility person and lead time for each procedure (milestone), find out key mile stone, streamline project team to share rollout progress.
4. Responsible for making and publish project implementation plan, monitor rollout progress, maintain and manage implementation daily tracker.
5. Plan GAP analysis and make solution and catch up plan, respond for master plan achievement.

Job Requirements

Professional Knowledge

• Have a basic command of the project integration delivery mode in the telecom industry
• Be familiar with the basic principles and knowledge of the telecom industry
• Have a good command of professional knowledge in the ten domains of project management. such as change management, communication management, financial management, risk management, progress management, scope management, and stakeholder management

Business Skills

• Be able to use Excel proficiently
• Have a proficient command of project planning and scope management
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Good command of English
