Professional Knowledge 

• Deep Knowledge of Radio Network Planning in GSM, UMTS, LTE.
• Ability to Monitor OSS KPIs, Analyze and Solve Problems.
• Parameter Optimization and Feature Deployment

Business Skills

• Ability to work in a team,
• Good Communication skill 
• Very Good English language skill
• Better BSC/MSC Degree in Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Science with 5+ year experience in ICT projects delivery

Skills or Certificate Requirements

• U2020/PRS platform
• Good skill on Huawei tools such as UNET, OMSTAR, NASTAR, Smart RNO,FMA, ...
