Position: Senior General Service Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Under the direct control of the Department Manager the job holder is responsible for the following duties:-

  • Implement Property Management Policies and Procedures of the Company;
  • Monitor the maintenance and management of the Company properties;
  • Manage the efficient disposal of used properties;
  • Manage relationship with vendors engaged in general service operations;
  • Follow-up and handle the timely renewal of lease/rent agreement for the Company branch offices and other rented properties;
  • Prepare and handle the contract agreements with suppliers and vendors;
  • Cooperate with other work units for annual fixed asset inventory to ascertain physical presence and make necessary adjustments based on the findings.

Required Number: 1

Term of Employment: Permanent

Salary: Per Company’s scale with package of other benefits

Place of work: Addis Ababa
