Job Description

Location: Woldia,Haik,Kombolcha,Ataye,Shewarobit

The GBV case Manager will manage & help survivors to access multi sectorial services available in their coverage area.

Major duties:-

  • Facilitate trainings, support to GBV Case Workers and other staff (PSS, WGSS facilitators, SRH team) related to Case Management needs eg. mapping and safe referral, what is Case Management-.
  • Provide direct technical supervision to GBV case workers - weekly supervision - on the job training and mentoring - field visits
  • Organization in coordination with PSS focal point and Midwife for case discussions.
  • The Case Management Supervisor will participate in any coordinating for link with GBV, multi sectoral services delivery and ensure her/his colleagues (Case Management and WGSS are informed)and also participate in cluster meetings
  • Ensure Case Management services mapping is up to date on their coverage area.

Job Requirements

  • BA degree in Psychology, sociology and related social science fields.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in GBV case management and management of WGFS
