ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the management of relationships with clients
• As a senior point of contact coordinates, the resources needed to service clients’ projects build strategic operational plans and balance the expectations of clients with
• the execution of creative work.
• Taking a lead in clients’ marketing and advertising strategies
• Leading a team to provide the utmost level of client service
• Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis
• Promotes the expansion of business with existing clients
• Working with the senior management to generate new accounts
• Completes projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Ability to plan strategy at a senior level
• Significant experience in professional client relationship management
• A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
• Effective people management skills
• Full awareness of creative processes and techniques, including digital platforms
• English language skill, written and spoken is mandatory
• A background in advertising, design, or marketing

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in related functions.
