Cosmar East Africa Business Share Company would like to invites' young & energetic Qualified and competent candidates for the following vacant post

Job Description:-

  • Plans the sales activities based on sales plan of the department.
  • Coach the Field Sales force for Performance in relation to the targets set and build a winning spirit within his/her team
  • Define guidelines for coverage planning
  • Organizes and follows up the status and activities of the sales person.
  • Work towards achieving the business goals/objectives
  • Ensure execution is done per set standard
  • Take corrective actions proactively.
  • Ensure all subordinates under his supervision are aware of company customer handling procedures.
  • Ensure customer complaints are handled as per company procedures.
  • Take appropriate disciplinary measure and handle grievances of subordinates
  • Appraises the performance of employees assigned under him. 

Report to : National sales manager 

Place of work: Addis Ababa, with a requirement of frequent travel across Ethiopia

Age :-preferably not more than 32 years

No required : 3(Three)

Job Requirements

Education Requirement :

  • BA Degree in business management, marketing or related field 

Experience:

  • 4 years of experience in FMCG industry out of which 2-3 years in supervisory role is preferable

Skills required to Territory manager 

  • Ability to work with people across different cultures and nationalities
  • Excellent communication skill ( English) & Computer proficiency
  • Ability to motivate distributors and effectively engage/negotiate with customers and to develop training programs for distributors
  • Highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to think innovatively and work independently
  • Strong relationship and networking skills
  • Ability to analyze and read data
  • Proven experience in conducting market analysis and identifying new territories
  • Ability and willingness to travel intensively
