Sales

• Supervise operation of Field Sales team operational metrics (# daily visits, distribution of products, etc.)
• Follow-up on leads / increase customer base through acquisition
• Manage and overview Masterdata in CRM systems
• Organize daily & weekly Field Sales briefings
• Motivating and coaching Field Sales team to deliver on sales targets
• Design & implement territory management strategies to optimize customer coverage
• Design & implement strategic field sales plans
• Build & Promote long lasting customer relationships and identify emerging markets while being fully aware of new products & competition status
• Set individual sales targets with sales team
• Provide & facilitate ongoing training to the sales team
• Monitor company's sales KPI and sales performance
• Coordinate team to meet and exceed sales target
• Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Design and implement Field Sales processes focused on control & organization of the department
• Cooperate with Commerce MT (Distribution Manager / Field Sales Manager / Telesales Manager / Commercial Director) to optimize sales processes and organization

Job Requirement

• Master's Degree
• 5-8 years’ experience in Field Sales Management role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• In-depth understanding of sales & RTM strategies
• Excellent Excel skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Energetic and passionate to learn & lead
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Good negotiation skills
