POSITION SUMMARY
Human Capital Section Head is responsible to support the successful implementation of the Company’s strategy by designing and implementing effective talent acquisition, development, motivation and retention strategies and programs. The position is also responsible for supporting smooth and effective business operations by driving efficient and effective peoples related supports.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cascade HC vision, strategy and priorities aligned with the strategy of the business unit.
- Implement HC operating model that is most impactful to meet the Company’s business objective and goals.
- Conduct analysis to understand the current and future development requirements of the Company and plan human capitals programs accordingly.
- Monitor the alignment of the organizational structure of the Company with the strategic and operational requirements.
- Lead the development and management of an organizational culture conducive to productivity, employee engagement and retention.
- Prepare the development and implementation of key talent management and development programs including succession planning, and career development.
- Prepare and review job descriptions in consideration with the job requirement.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process in such a way that the right people with the right attitude, qualification and skill are employed.
- Participate in recruitment and selection decisions of new vacant recruitment.
- Institutionalize induction and orientation programs for new staff.
- Handles employee grievances, disciplinary issues and other day to day administrative problems in a more transparent and responsive manner.
- Monitor performance planning, review and coaching are conducted according to the Company’s employee performance management timelines, policies and guidelines.
- Participate in the preparation of effective benefits and incentive programs as well as non-financial recognition programs that are aligned with the business requirements.
- Facilitate assessment of learning and development needs of employees, and the design and implementation of appropriate learning and development programs.
- Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
- Initiate the development and updating of standardized human capitals formats.
- Process employee salaries and benefits in line with Company policies and procedures, and ensure that staff benefits are accurate.
- Prepare and submit report to immediate supervisor and corporate HC team as per the agreed time line and standard.
- Perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor and corporate HC team

Job Requirements
PERSONS SPECIFICATIONS
Education:
- BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Human Capital related field.
Knowledge, Skills, Competence:
- Understanding of labor proclamations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws
