Brand managers Main job Description

Brand managers work to ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers. Brand managers plan ways to promote and change the public perception of brands. Brand managers are also responsible for making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.
• Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates.
• Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market.
• Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs.
• Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
• Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns.
• Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.

Job Requirements

• BA Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or related field of study from recognized University.

Relevant Minimum work Experience

• 7 Years relevant experience out of which 3 years as division head or equivalent in manufacturing companies such as food & Beverage industries. Specifically, experience on bottled water, soft drinks, juice, and snack. Products are highly encouraged.
