- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's in Purchasing and Supplies Management/Management OR Diploma/TVET 10+3/ Level IV and COC Award in Purchasing & Supplies Management/Management
- Work Experience: For BA, 1 year as Junior Procurement and Service Administration Officer or equivalent experience OR For Diploma/TVET 10+3/Level IV, 2 years as Junior Procurement and Service Administration Officer or equivalent experience
Location:
- For North West District Office based in Bahir Dar
- Central & East District Office based in Adama
- South West District Office based in Jimma
- South District Office based in Hawassa
