MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizing an archiving system.
- Labeling, sorting and categorizing documents for ease of use.
- Retrieving documents upon request.
- Working with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the company.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Controlling access to documents.
- Removing documents that are obsolete.
- Performing transcription and conversion work.
- Proofreading documents upon request.

Job Requirements
Requirement
- BA Degree in HRM, Management or related field of study from recognized University.
Relevant Minimum work Experience
- 4 Years relevant experience in manufacturing.
- Ability to manage HR system
- Ability to prepare Employee Payroll using the HR system

- Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.
- Organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure
