Responsibilities

• The Human Resource Supervisor to work closely together with key managers to ensure that HR is aligned with the business strategy, to implement people management process, to work in area of training & Development Coaching & Evaluation to implement and manage performance, complete payroll responsibilities, contribute to the development of HR Department Goal, Objectives and System

Qualification: 

• BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management or other related fields from recognized University

Experience: 

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HR functions
• Automotive Industry Experience more preferable

Skills: 

• Written and Verbal Communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Basic level of computer knowledge
• Knowledge of HR Systems and Databases
• Conflict Resolution
• Problem-solving skills
• Time and Priority Management
• Self-Motivated and proactive
• In-depth knowledge of labor law & HR best practices
