- Implement employee engagement strategies. This can include talent systems, mentoring programs, succession planning, and more.
- Conduct career and talent assessments and Design Company wide training delivery Programs.
- Develop operational interface between different talent programs of the company for maximum output of the endeavor.
- Analyze the recommendations coming out of the career management, succession management, leadership development and performance management programs for appropriate learning and development intervention.
- Communicate and coach employees about the career management program of the company and help them to navigate personal development plan.
- Analyze data from sources to compile and recommend set of potential candidates for succession pool.
- Evaluate talent by utilizing leadership development strategies, tools, and processes to identify learning needs and employee competencies.
- Assess the workforce's current skill levels and compare them with the skills required to meet future business objectives.
- Plan and evaluate the resources needed to meet training and development goals.
- Assign instructors to different courses and monitor costs to keep programs within budget.
- Monitor and report training data and statistics and Prepare progress reports for the senior management team and maintain employees’ training records.
- Ensure coordination of pre-delivery activities for the learning program – including scheduling, participation management and communication.
- Manage course enrollment, logistics, and materials.
- Interface with learning providers and Learning and Development Analyst to ensure preparation for delivery.
- Conduct post-training assessment to identify the impact and effectiveness of trainings on the productivity, behavioral and organizational change.
- Prepare employee training commitment contract agreements and get them signed by the relevant parties.
- Maintain record of all learning and development activities into the Human Resources Information System.
- Track the success of training initiatives and suggest modifications of training programs to meet the goals of training programs.
- Keep current with training research and aware of trends in the market.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, HRM, Business Administration or related fields with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Training, Development or career program execution.
