Qualification and Experience
- LLB Degree in Law plus a minimum of 6 years relevant banking experience.
Job Summary
- The job holder is responsible for representing the Bank before the judicial and quasi-judicial tribunals, rendering advice and drafting contracts and other legal documents, preparation of cases (pleading, defenses, and petition), handling and processing foreclosure cases.
