Job Purpose
- To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the e-Bank by cross-selling the Bank's products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch
Qualification Required and Experience
- Master's/ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Banking and Finance with 4/6 years of relevant work experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level, particularly at Customer Service Supervisor.
