Job Summary

Executes daily preparation, production of meals according to customers’ specifications and AIC standards. Assists Cook I/Cook II in the operation of the section and implements the instruction of the, Sous Chef. 

Job Requirements

Education

• Certificate in food preparation 

Experience 

• Minimum 1year relevant experience in Hotel Industry

Skills

• Good culinary skills and ready to keep learning
• Good English communication skills (ability to read, write, speak, and understand)
• Knowledgeable in food hygiene
• Energetic and enthusiastic team player
• Flexible to work in all areas of food production and odd hours as the operation may require from time to time.
