We are pleased to announce the following vacancy for Executive Head – Regional Reporting, within the Sales and Distribution Function in Ethiopia. In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below. 

Detailed Description 

This role Reports to the Chief Sales and Distribution Officer. The role is responsible for providing data driven insights based on key market dynamics and customer behavior, necessary in guiding Execution and Management decisions.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for providing annual revenue/ Sales Budgets and KPI targets.
  • Delivery of the division’s strategic management reports.
  • Delivery of Drill down daily and monthly performance KPIs and efficiency ratios to guide strategic decisions.
  • Provide Regular Insights to drive growth and productivity
  • Responsible for the consolidated Regional P&L with commentary on opportunity areas.
  • Delivery of business cases and financial justification for the division projects offers.
  • Ensure delivery of the network rollout business case in line with a commercially driven strategy that clearly defines the rollout prioritization criteria across the regions.
  • Provide input and participate in the decision making process for Sales and Retail teams Sales Incentive Plans.
  • Input into the decisions on review of Distribution commissions/remuneration
  • Input and Participate in Sales strategy and planning

Job Requirements

  • BCOM or Economics Degree, or relevant degree with over 6 years’ experience in financial/Business reporting, forecasting, financial analysis, costing and/or management accounting, coupled with CPA/ACCA/CA Qualifications.
  • MBA qualification will be an added advantage with high computer literacy
