Job Description

  • Maintain a log on CIS forms that are:
  • Release list of available inventories to move and submit to sales center management.
  • Compare and ensure that unit pricing and description matches in master database, contracts and recording on the Company system
  • Check that the unit status (SOLD, AVAILABLE, BLOCKED…) are reported and maintained exactly as in the master database and in Oracle. Make sure the total number for each status is the same when compared with master database and Oracle.
  • Maintain a backup file of the master database.
  • Be the contact point, in regard to unit status, with Customer Care and Post Sales.
  • General filing.
  • Check and order marketing
  • Stock check and control of stationary.
  • Assist staff with administrative duties as requested.
  • Organize travel and vehicle need
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, office Management, procurement and supplies management or related field.
  • 1-4 years’ experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Real estate laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
