Major duties & responsibilities
- Selected disaster affected communities as target beneficiaries in cooperation with the project officer, facilitator, line local government and community representatives
- Facilitating beneficiary screening and verification process
- Responding to compliances or reporting to project local person
- Arranging beneficiary accountability and feedback mechanisms
- Facilitate startup trainings
- Facilitating cash distribution mechanism and WASH activities following up
- Facilitating post distribution monitoring (house to house visit)
- Facilitating market assessment and reporting
- Preparing progress repots
- Following up and assisting project facilitators, volunteers and project committees

Job Requirements
Education:
- BSc degree in Hydraulic Engineering, Hydrology & other related field of studies
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency project management & coordination with special focus on WASH
Additional skills required:
- Experience in field work with local & disaster affected communities
- Fluent communication skills in local languages and English (listening, speaking and writing)
- Skill in team work and interpersonal communication
- Skill in compliance handling and managing feedbacks
- Knowledge in Core Humanitarian standards and polices
- Knowledge of organization mission, vision, values and policies
