Job Description
Summary of the vacant position responsibility
- The Architect is expected to give the necessary assistant to the project manager in connection with regional & HQ construction projects in diligent & professional manner.
- Follow & Supervises the project construction activities in accordance with the established rules, regulations & procedures of the agency.
- Study drawings, specifications, contracts and quantities toughly making himself the most knowledgeable person of the project & report to the project manager for any necessary appropriate actions to be taken
- Check the architectural design appropriateness of the projects as per the need & requirements of the agency
- Prepare the architectural design of anticipated projects & present to the project management office for approval
- Solve any design issue matters by consulting with the project manager & project consultants
- Prepare monthly work progress reports of the project activities
- Do further activities as per the instruction given from the project manager
Job Requirement
- Required Qualification: BSc Degree in Architecture & Urban Planning & 6 years working experience in the field of high rise building design, architecture16 landscape design, interior design,1 3D development, etc
Work place: – Addis Ababa with frequent field work
