Job Requirement

• Education back ground: 1^st Degree/ 2^nd Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management, Public Leadership, Business Management and any others Business Related field
• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 8 years for 1^st degree & 7 years for 2^nd  degree relevant work experience in Manufacturing will be Advantageous

Additional Skill

• Effective communication Skills interpersonal skills, presentation skills and team player
• Solid Understanding on HR Management Concepts, current practices, and the Ethiopian Labor Law
• Basic Leadership Skill
• Has wider Understanding of business beyond HR
