Main purpose of the job
To control, manage, and safe-guarding the stock, purchases, and tools particularly perform activities of receiving, storing, assembling, packing and/or unpacking, recording of goods…
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for accepting all deliveries of stock and ensuring that they are not damaged and that everything ordered is present and accounted for
- Ensure suppliers maintain compliance with delivery specifications
- Store, catalog and distribute supplies by arranging for collection and delivery of equipment and or packages
- Ensures company properties and store is properly maintained inside and out
- Monitor current stock levels and decide if there is enough or if more should be ordered
- Responsible for organizing inventory so it is easily accessible and safe for those working in the storage area
- Responsible for monitoring where the inventory is going and how much each department is spending
- Ensuring the safety and security of the stock

Job Requirements
Knowledge, skills, and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Automation Engineer from TVET and Material Management and related fields
- 5 years and above work experience related to transport, import-export-trading house, factory or technique stores
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to generate good reports and material recording and handling skills
- Excellent knowledge of spare parts and other machinery tools
- Certified in Kaizen and Six-sigma is a privilege
- Excellent basic computer skills
- Good interpersonal and work ethics skills of the highest order…
