Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator’s job is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and consistent development of the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinates with Sales teams for the following activities

  • Customer onboarding documentation
  • Order compilation and allocation for all companies
  • Customer credit management
  • Reminders for collection of due payments

Coordinates with Finance / IT teams on the below

  • Confirmation of payments from customers
  • Customer credit limit related
  • New customer code creation
  • Updating customer master data
  • Customer claims related

Coordinates with legal on the following

  • Customer agreements
  • Legal proceedings wherever required

Coordinates with Logistics on the below

  • Stock movement follow up
  • Damage stocks related
  • Address client issues and queries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Preparing fill-rate, other reports and any other related task as assigned

  • Demonstrated track-record and ability to manage large team
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
