Children Believe Fund is a non-profit and Child-centered international development organization. Children Believe Fund (CBF) & ChildFund International are currently implementing Pilot Childcare Centers for the Urban Productive Safety Net beneficiaries project in Addis Ababa. CBF wants consultancy service from eligible and interested bidders who can develop Social and Behavioral Change Communication Strategy and Tools (brochures and Flash cards) on Early Childhood Development in Amharic language.

 Children Believe Fund reserves the right to partially or fully cancel the bid.

Job Requirements

Qualified consultancy firm/consultant should meet the following requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Early childhood development or relevant social sciences
• At least 10 progressive years of experience especially on developing effective social behavioral change communication (SBCC) materials, and knowledge of early childhood development/childcare in Ethiopia
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Amharic and English Languages; and able to present professional or business license/certifications renewed for Ethiopian fiscal year 2013 E.C
