Ethiopian Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions.
Purpose of the Job:
- To support the talent development team in day to day operation for the successful implementation of talent development programs.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting data for training and development assessment;
- Support in collection and documentation of training and talent development information from various training institutions;
- Record talent development data for each employee, including such information as addresses, supervisory reports on performance, trainings taken, identified performance gaps, post training evaluations and so on the HRIS;
- Support in follow up of completion of employee performance evaluations by line mangers. Support in gathering employee records related to performance and talent development;
- Collect record and analyse employee performance evaluation data using HRIS;
- Support in review of training applications to evaluate eligibility of applicants as per the policies of the Commission;
- Closely work with finance and Admin team in securing appropriate venues, travel arrangements and per diem payments for trainings conducted by the Commission;
- Support in follow up of confirmation for training participants, preparation of badges and certificates, attendance recording, organizing training materials and evaluation of training programs;
- Support in follow up post training evaluation feedback and impact assessments;
- Provide additional duties as requested by Supervisor
LOCATION : Head Office
REPORT TO : Coordinator, Talent Development
SALARY RANGE : Gross monthly salary of ETB 7,585.00- ETB 8,781.00 plus ETB 3,000.00 Housing allowance and ETB 1,200.00 Transport allowance, depending on candidate qualification, experience and earning history
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- BA Degree or Level IV Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields;
- Computer literate;
- Knowledge of Amharic is required. Knowledge of other local languages is advantageous
- 2 years of relevant experience with BA degree or 4 years of relevant experience with diploma;
- Knowledge of HRIMS system is a plus
